As the project is closely adjacent to the airport terminal building and as an important supporting building of the airport, the coordination and unity of the airport terminal must be considered in both the layout and design of the airport. With the characteristics of "the Republic of China" in the Zunyi conference site, modern elements are added to make the building unify with the airport terminal, and at the same time, it has a strong sense of modernity.

        由于项目紧邻机场航站楼，同时作为机场的一个重要配套建筑，，因此无论是在规划布局以及造型设计都必须考虑与机场航站楼的协调统一性，因此首先在布局上采用了前低后高的形式，避免对航站楼的遮挡，其次在造型上沿用了遵义会址“民国风”的特色，加入现代的元素，使得建筑既与机场航站楼统一协调，同时具有很强的现代感。
