The project has two functions,including a training center for migrants and their families in residential areas,the design was aimed at creating a high-tech office building by means of low-carbon energy, at the same time,creating a solemn compact image of government agency office through the founder simple shape;residential buildings and office use similar appearance, unified image of the training area as a whole facades.

　　该项目包括了移民培训中心及家属区住宅两大功能，设计中通过低碳节能手段营造高科技办公楼，同时通过方正简洁的外形营造了政府机关庄重简洁的办公形象；住宅楼采用和办公楼相似的外观造型，统一了整体培训区的城市外立面形象。
