The project has a flat terrain relatively,including functions of office buildings, barracks, training courses, restaurants,training tower and so on, the design wants to create a new image with a new era featuring army office by modern means, stresses the axis of symmetry in the layout of the city, highlights the unique atmosphere of camp in a concise solemn site planning.

　　该项目地势较为平坦，包括办公楼、营房、训练场、餐厅、训练塔等功能，设计希望通过以现代手段营造一个具有新时代特色的部队办公新形象，强调城市中轴线的对称布局，以简洁庄重的场地规划凸显独特的军营气息。
