In the premise of not changing the planning road,to hew out a landscape visual corridor in the central position of the land,which passed through the planning road and a central river, will divide the whole area into seven plots finally. The community combined with high-rise buildings, little high-rise buildings and other products, making use of the line of sight along the river road, that the best place to arrange little high-rise buildings, followed by the high-rise buildings,to ensure good views of both sides along the riverfront.

　　在不改变规划道路的前提下，在用地的中心位置开辟一条景观视线通廊，加上本身穿越用地的规划道路和中心河流，最终将整体片区划分为七个地块。社区采用高层、小高层等多种产品相结合，沿河道景观视线最好的地方布置小高层，其后为高层建筑，实现沿滨河两岸无视线遮挡。
