The Hengchuang Dingyao project is located on the south side of Fuyang Road in Longmatan District, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province. The project covers an area of 35,390.00 square meters, with a total construction area of 87,814.80 square meters and a plot ratio of 1.80. The design is based on the principle of "overall design and holistic creation", expanding the concept of "home" to the entire community and its surroundings. From the moment one approaches the community, one can feel the comfort and peace brought by the homecoming route. The overall layout adopts a closed arrangement, creating a landscape space of "one axis, three courtyards and nine scenes" in the inner courtyard. It aims to build a livable place.
