The project is located in Xipeng, Jiulongpo distict, Chongqing city. The project is divided into south and north two parts. Every part has the characteristic of hilly landform. The northern land is high in the middle, and gradually decreases to both the eastern and western parts. The southern part of the land is low in the middle part, but high in both the south and north. The two sites rely on the highway to connect with the transportation outside. The east is close to the 8m wide city planning road, the south is on the opposite side of 16m wide city ring road. The west of the project is 28m wide Baipeng road, and the 27m wide Xipeng road is in the middle of the site. The traffic of the project is very convenient.

　　项目位于重庆市九龙坡区西彭，以西彭中路为界划分为南北两个地块。两地块均有典型的丘陵特征，北区用地中部最高，逐渐向L形两个末端递减，即向用地东侧及西南侧逐步降低。南区用地南北侧高，中间沟状地带低。本工程两个地块依赖公路与外界形成交通组织，东面临宽度8m的城市规划道路，南面与宽度16m的环城路相望，西向为宽度28m的白彭路，地块之间则为宽度27m的西彭中路，交通十分便捷。
