The features of Chongqing which is undulating mountain are presented in the form of polyline on the plan. We use the central axis of the landscape formed by the library, central performing stage, breeze pavilion, and viewing platforms to compose the beginning, climax and the end of a story. There are many various activity spaces beside the central axis, such as monuments, art sculpture plaza, lawn and so on.

　　将山城重庆高低起伏、变化多端的风貌特征，在平面上以折线的形式呈现。利用图书馆、中心演艺舞台、观景平台、清风亭等组成中央景观轴线的序曲、开端、高潮和结尾，并从中央轴线像两侧衍生出多样的活动空间，如纪念碑、艺术雕塑广场、广场草坡等。
