The project is located on the south side of Hope Avenue in Xishui County,Guizhou Province , nearby the swimming pool and amusement park of Jingshan park, planned cultural complex. The north side is the main road --Huarun Hope Avenue, and the west is a planned road. The traffic is very convenient. The height difference within the site is relatively large, the highest point is about 1208.5, the lowest point is about 1175.2, and the elevation difference is more than 30 meters.

The entire design is consistent with the city's overall plan and the urban layout, architectural style, and landscape pattern of the adjacent section, and is coordinated with the using field current situation, function division, and spatial structure.

项目位于贵州省习水县华润希望大道南侧，毗邻箐山公园游泳池及游乐园和规划的文化综合体。北侧是主干道华润希望大道，西侧为有规划道路，交通十分便捷。场地内部高差较大，最高点约1208.5，最低点约1175.2，高差达三十多米。

整个设计注意与城市总体规划及邻近地段的城市布局、建筑风格、景观格局相一致，与周边的用地现状、功能划分、空间结构相协调。
