In order to cater to the springs and streams which is valuable in tourism development, the design of Yingshan Hu is going to be create as a new tourism real estate leisure area and ecological wetland area, combined with the surrounding traffic environment, the external development resources and natural conditions. According to the external resources and environment, the land value demand, and the existing natural conditions,the park is build by a hierarchical manner, and is divided into five parts, that is the entrance reception area, the resettlement housing area, water world area, wetlands experience zone, and folk cultural display area.

　　为迎合影山湖水库流域外围不远处的温泉、溪流等具有开发价值的旅游景观，在设计时，综合库区周边交通环境、外围开发资源及场地自然条件，在基址范围内打造新兴的旅游地产休闲度假区及湿地生态新景区。根据基址外部资源环境、地块价值需求，及场地现状自然条件，将公园系统地进行分层构建，统筹为五大片区：即入口接待片区、安置房片区、水上世界片区、湿地体验区、民俗文化展示区。
