Tea valley is located in the southeast of Tianxian Dong scenic area, the site is surrounded by water on3 sides. The landscape inside is mountain mainly, with scattered water resource. The most of the mountain is covered by tea trees and other plants. There is a primary north-south road and many lanes leading to the mountain. The theme of tea valley is displaying the tea culture, and the function of it is entertainment, leisure, health, cognitive nature, ecological protection to make the citizens relax, play and understand the essence of tea culture. According to the needs of tourists and the construction of the park, the whole valley is divided into 6 parts, that is tea production and processing area, management and office area, tea culture demonstration area, leisure and health area, tea experience area and natural sightseeing tea valley area.

　　茶溪谷位于天仙硐风景区的东南方向，场地三面环水，内部景观以山体峡谷为主，并分布有零星水面，大部分山体覆盖有层叠的茶树及其他植物。园区现有一条贯穿南北的主干道及多条进山小路。茶溪谷以茶文化展示为主题，以生活娱乐、休闲养生、认知自然、生态保护为主要功能使市民在休闲健身、游憩玩乐中放松身心，体会茶文化的精髓。根据游客的游览需求和园区开发建设的需要，将整个茶溪谷分为茶生产及加工区、管理办公区、茶文化展示区、休闲养生区、茶学院体验区及茶香谷自然观光区六个区域。
