The site is located at Qi Xinggang in Yuzhong district of Chongqing , with a significant geological position, which north-south direction can view two rivers, it’s building types for both residential and integrated commercial. In the design, making good use of terrain elevation to design pedestrian street primarily with large commercial indoor pedestrian street, at the same time,contact the metro station effectively, and combine the functions of residential with construction of public facade effectively. This project won a good reputation from owner.

　　该用地位于重庆渝中区七星岗片区，地理位置显著，南北方向均可观两江，建筑类型为住宅及综合商业。设计中很好的利用地形高差设计了以步行街为主的大型商业室内步行街，同时有效的和地铁发生联系，并且将住宅功能和公建化的外立面有效融合在一起，获得甲方好评。
