The site is located at city area of Ma Jiawan in Zunyi, in the plan,it’s mainly for urban redevelopment and enhancing the overall image of the city as well as promoting the commercial economic value of the area as the main point of departure, considering of the terrain,to plan the city's central square and sight corridor of city, mix the commercial complex, commercial apartments, five-star hotel, residential and other functions together reasonably,to form a new economic growth point of the old city center.
