The project belongs to the renovation of old park of the city, covering the following aspects, park landscape, commercial and high-rise settlement buildings. We use the dry ditch in the original site to create a meandering semi underground commercial street inside the park.We merge the red culture , wine culture and so on with the design of commercial street. The façade of the building is ancient antique architectural style. Combination of the above, we will construct a modern city park integrating the leisure, entertainment and shopping together.

　　该项目属于旧城公园的改造，内容涵盖公园景观、商业以及高层还房，利用原始地形里的干涸水渠，营造一条公园内部曲折蜿蜒的半地下商业街，将遵义地区的红色文化、酒文化等特色融入步行街。建筑风格采用仿古立面造型，打造出一个集休闲、娱乐、购物为一体的综合型现代都市公园。
