The project is in the north of government of Nanchuan district, belonging to the commercial and administrative core area of new district. By using the natural vertical difference, we plan the riverside commercial street, central pedestrian street, tourism and commercial plaza along the street. We improve the value of development by increasing the proportion of commerce and first floor shops. The style of the architecture is Song Dynasty residence, thus we create an antique street with the feeling of Qinhuai River.
