The project is located in the new city of Longkeng town,Zunyi.In the design,using of standard rationally,to meet the high volume rate of multi-storey building first,emphasizing the buildings’ level ,row up row,in order to obtain a greater distance between the line of sight;to meet the economic demands of owners then,getting the most green rate of buildings and the upscale community images.

　　该项目位于遵义龙坑镇新城区，设计中合理利用规范，在满足多层建筑高容积率的指标前提下，强调建筑之间的错落以获得更大的视线间距；在满足业主的经济要求下，获得最大的建筑绿化率及高档社区形象。
