During the planning and design of the district,to ensure the design principles of "urban design" preferred adequately, and the design of the vertical elevation of the terrain as possible to control with the form of green slopes, rather than in the form of concrete retaining wall, fully taking ecological coordination problems of the urban facade into account, meanwhile,not arranging high-rise residential along the street in the side of the main road in riverside, emphasize the urban design principles of "two rivers and four banks open" ,giving a unified shading of the slope protection in riverside by using the green space and earth-sheltered architecture,to form a beautiful cityscape.

　　在小区的规划设计中，充分确保“城市设计”优先的设计原则，在竖向设计上对地形高差的控制均尽可能以斜坡绿化形式，而非砼挡墙形式，充分考虑到城市立面的生态协调问题，同时在临江主干道一侧，均不沿街布置高层住宅，强调“两江四岸开敞”的城市设计原则，对临江侧堡坎采用绿化加爬坡建筑给予统一遮蔽，形成亮丽的城市景观。
