As a famous historical and cultural city, Lu Zhou has a long history, lots of outstanding people and heroes. These heroes are bright, just like the waves on the Yangtze River.This project takes the "Yangtze River wave" as inspiration, then makes the plan design. The idea shows courageous spirit that is "the wave is pushed to go forward". Lu Zhou Tuo Er bridge park is the gateway into Lu Zhou. The purpose of the project is to supplement the city’s function such as leisure, entertainment, business and so on. Besides, the park can be taken as the living room and garden of the city.

　　“滚滚长江东逝水，浪花淘尽是英雄” 泸州这座历史文化名城，历史悠久，人杰地灵，英雄辈出。这些英雄犹如长江上的浪花，璀璨夺目。 本方案以“长江浪花”为设计灵感并以此作为建筑平面设计元素展开，体现了“后浪推前浪”，奋勇拼博努力前行的人文精神，泸州沱二桥是进入泸州的门户，本项目旨在为该区域提供配套的城市客厅、城市花园，为城市补充休闲、娱乐、商业等功能。
